A militância da FOB e da RECC de diferentes regiões esteve presente na etapa inicial do “Curso de Construtores e Defensores de Territórios”, ocorrida entre janeiro e fevereiro de 2024.
O curso é promovido pela Universidade dos Povos, uma iniciativa da Teia dos Povos, articulação de povos, organizações políticas, territórios e comunidades em luta por terra e território. Sua primeira etapa acontece no Assentamento Terra Vista, em Arataca, Bahia.
Reunindo pessoas de todo o Brasil e de outros países, o curso tem como objetivo aprimorar a formação teórica e prática no campo da agroecologia em suas dimensões territoriais, políticas, sociais, culturais, pedagógicas, comunicacionais, espirituais, antropológicas e científicas em diálogo com mestras e mestres dos conhecimentos tradicionais.
